This interactive program introduces learners
to a set of competencies that define effective
IT Leadership. The IT Leadership Profile was developed
through interviews conducted with IT Leaders working
in diverse companies. The competencies are:
The program includes nearly an hour of video
clips from Charlie Feld, founder of the Feld Group
and a former CIO for Delta Air Lines, BNSF, and
Frito-Lay. Through engaging video presentations,
Feld elaborates on each of the characteristics
in the competency model, and explains their importance
to effective IT leadership. In addition, participants
in the program experience an interactive video
exercise that provides invaluable insight into
what the competencies look like in a real organizational
setting.
