CLS's Building Leadership Talent program
is an intensive 3-day workshop devoted to helping
organizations significantly improve results by
more effectively building the leadership capability
of their top talent. The program focuses on the
five key components of the Leadership Solutions
Framework: Calibrating Talent, Managing Talent,
Developing Talent, Retaining Talent and Integrating
HRD Processes.
Calibrating Talent focuses on improving
selection and interviewing skills and building
"talent pools."
Managing Talent concentrates on how to
create a performance-driven culture and how to
"muscle-build" the organization.
Developing Talent centers on executive
learning, executive coaching, and experience-based
development.
Retaining Talent brings together critical
retention issues and shows how to win the retention
wars by implementing key retention strategies
using the CLS Retention Model.
Integrating HRD Processes is focused on
improving and aligning various HRD processes to
support the implementation of the leadership development
system.
The workshop, designed for line managers (not
HR) is a hard-hitting, user-friendly program is
designed to be a hands-on application of the skills
and tools that will enhance success. The concepts
and principles are time-tested and proven in the
real world.
