This system is easily modified for your particular needs and can also be expanded to include succession planning, bench strength analysis, long-term promotability calls, forced rankings, and even organization charts.

The demonstration we have provided here is a simple system, perfect for small businesses. We invite you to log in first as an employee to see how that works, and then as a manager to see how the manager can read the employee's self-assessment and then modify it. Please use the following names and passwords:

To log in as an employee employee:

username: jgreen
password: test

To log in as a manager:

username: sdrover
password: test

It is important that you log out before switching between users.
