Dan
has a both human resource development and human
resource generalist experience. Most recently,
he was Senior Vice President, Human Resources
for PepsiCo Restaurant Services Group (260,000
employees, 10,000 restaurants) building new HR
systems for this newly formed division of PepsiCo.
Previously, for nearly 7 years, was the head of
Human Resources for Pizza Hut, PepsiCo's highest
performing food service division. Dan created
a 5-year HR strategy that supported Pizza-Hut's
rapid growth. He was the architect of selection,
compensation, development and performance management
systems that became role models for other PepsiCo
divisions. In addition to leading the HR functions
of 2 divisions, Dan played a key leadership role
coaching division leaders. Dan has three degrees
in education: an Ed.D. from Brigham Young University,
Masters of Science from Utah State University,
and a Bachelors of Science from the University
of Utah.
