Before
starting CLS, David was Vice President of Organization
Executive Development, and Learning for IBM worldwide.
While at IBM he redesigned the corporation's worldwide
executive resources systems including: executive
recruiting, human resource planning, and executive
development. Prior to joining IBM, David was Leader
of PepsiCo's Organization and Management Development
group worldwide for over 6 years. He was the architect
of PepsiCo's highly regarded executive development
and assessment systems, and designed PepsiCo's
executive leadership competencies as well as human
resource planning and development systems to accommodate
PepsiCo's rapid growth. He also pioneered the
development of "leader led" leadership
development programs with Roger Enrico. The design
of this program has become the new model for learning
initiatives at some of the world's best corporations.
David has a Ph.D. in Social Psychology and a Masters
of Organization Behavior from Brigham Young University.
